This memoir/personal account of a dark period in my life was released in 2017. I have begun this web site now that I have recovered and am in a better place to reflect on areas surrounding the book such as childhood experience, health care and environmental factors. I truly believe I reached rock bottom and worse but am also very aware that this part of my life does not define who I am but only the strength and courage required to continue when every bone in my body and every brain cell told me it was over. This site aims to promote the book with the only reason being to raise awareness, share experience and last but not least - provide hope. Where there is a breath there is hope...
